Does anyone have recipes for casseroles/dinners that can be cooked ahead and frozen or reheated? I need dishes that can serve 10 people. I don't have a large crockpot, so those sorts of recipes don't work. Thank you!

Thanks to those who helped me with making the soup to replace Campbell's in my asparagus casserole. I was trying to veganize the dish my aunt always served at Thanksgiving when I lived stateside. In fact it came out better than the original, and my husband who wasn't a huge fan before, really loved this. So, a SUCCESS!

I want to make the Chickpea Broccoli Casserole from Vegan with a Vengeance, but the author says it is somewhat bland, and I like my food to be flavorful. What should I add to it for more flavor? I checked under the casseroles tag in the recipes section, but didn't see it. Has anyone tried a vegan hotdish before? More specifically tater tot hotdish? Just curious as to how it turned out and if you had any recommendations. If not, I may just take the leap of faith and try concocting one myself.
